This video shows the bug in Half Life Alyx - Chapter 6: Arms Race - Explosives and Tripmines Room.

Once you exit the room you can use the gas tank to kill the barnacles on the outside.

The first part of the video shows that if you throw a gas tank and run back into the explosives and tripmines room to pick up other gas tanks you inexplicably die.

The second part of the video shows that if you throw a gas tank and wait until the barnacle dies due to the explosion and then run back into the explosives and trip mines room to pick up other gas tanks nothing happens.
