Looking for a refreshing summer dessert? Then this Mango Sago pudding is going to top your list this season 🥰🥭 It’s a summer dream made with diced mangoes, sago pearls, condensed and coconut milk❤️
Ingredients:
🥭1/2 cup sago pearls (sabudana)
🥭1 cup mango cubes
🥭3/4 cup coconut milk
🥭2 tbsp condensed milk
🥭1/4 cup milk
Method:
1. Soak 1/2 cup sago pearls for minimum 2 hours or till they soften a bit.
2. Boil the sago pearls in water for about 15-20 minutes till they become translucent. Strain and run under cold water so that they don’t stick together.
3. Now, add mango cubes, coconut milk and condensed milk in a blender and make a smooth purée.
4. For the final assembly, pour half of the sago pearls in a glass, then the mango puree and then the rest of the sago pearls.
5. Top it off with normal milk and some mango chunks.
