In this short video, Glenn Hutchins (Business Development Manager, North) highlights the QRS Intumescent Fire Sleeve. This product prevents the spread of fire where plastic ducts penetrate fire compartment walls.

We offer a variety of sizes in both our rectangular and circular fire sleeves. In the rectangle fire sleeve, we offer a slim sleeve version. The slim sleeve has less intumescent which gives it a thin profile and is ideal for applications where the ventilation duct might be tied to a soffit and has limited space.

The QRS Fire Sleeve has been tested in a variety of applications including in a direct-to-wall application, in conjunction with fire batt and with a minimum of 0mm spacing between each sleeve.
