In this video, lot of Selective filters were used to turn this urban setting to a controlled HDR look in Snapseed mobile app. Other than Selective filters, Dodge and Burn with the Brush tool, Vignetting in the Vintage filter and Curves with masking were used. The free Lightroom mobile app was used for color tuning with the HSL sliders.
