Ingredients:
- 2 cups of beef
- 1 small size cabbage.
- 5 corns.
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cups of long beans or great beans
- 2 cups of butternut squash
- 3 cups of peanuts
- 2 cups tamarind
- Salt to taste
- 2 or 3 chillies
- 1 medium size onions
- 5 garlics
- 5 candlenuts
- 20 cups or more water
Methods:
- Cut and clean beef into small pieces.
- On high heat, boil meats for 15 minutes in a big pot.
- Blend onions, garlic, candlenut; and chilies till become paste. Then put it inside the boiling meats. Boil the meats for another 20 minutes.
- Clean and cut Corns into small pieces. Then put it inside the boiling meats.
- Clean, cut, and rinse Cabbage, long or green beans, butternut squash, tomatoes into medium size. Set them aside.
- Place the cabbages, butternut squash, long or green beans into the boiling meats. Cook and stir for another 10 minutes.
- Squeeze tamarind with a little bit water. Strain it and put it inside the boiling meats.
- Put salt to taste.
- Put sugar to taste.
- Cook for another 5 minutes.
Ready to serve with small size dice tomatoes, Salt fishes, and Bake Spicy Chicken Durian, with steam rice.
