This clip illustrates a gentleman's frustration at being unable to locate Violence Jack, the titular hero of a horrific three-part anime series released in Japan during the late '80s (and loosed on Western audiences in 1996). Violence Jack was based on a manga by Go Nagai, who's better known as the creator of such anime icons as Cutey Honey and Mazinger.
During the '90s, the scripts for dubbed anime would frequently throw in excessive profanity, as seen in series like Angel Cop, Cyber City Oedo 808, and Mad Bull 34. Violence Jack, however, towers above them all.
