I had a crazy thought! Instead of doing months of training, diet, exercise and all that awful stuff! Why not just turn up on the day and walk the marathon! But, would it be possible to walk the London Marathon and still get a medal?
I put my theory into action!!!

Now, I know that it can be done! I have a plan B should I injure myself or can’t run the whole distance! I also have the visualisation of the course and I can place it into perspective.
