I worked on this project mostly from January to March. It is a suite in the Baroque style, including the dances commonly found in a suite from the 1600s and 1700s. The suite opens with a prelude, with two major sections. The opening has an improvised and moody feel, and the active middle section is a three-voice fugue. The prelude ends by returning to the opening idea, but this time resolving on a cadential 6 4. The other movements, which are all baroque dances, are in some type of Binary form (usually A B). Hopefully, you'll enjoy the suite; I put a lot of time into it. I would really appreciate it if you could share it around or give some feedback on my music.
