In this video I'll show you what I meal prep weekly, and meals for one day. I make homemade yogurt and bone broth, and then nose-to-tail style, cook a beef tendon, as well as breakfast and dinner.

I used the Specific Carbohydrate Diet 8 years ago to heal from Crohn's disease. I try to choose foods that are easy to digest, locally available, minimally processed (or unprocessed), and of course taste good. This is to nourish the body, keep the microbiome balanced, and to support local farmers.
