You can do the Field Roast (Celebration), and I recommend you get multiple if you’re doing vegan thanksgiving.
If we look at the macros, we can see one serving has 22 grams of protein, 18 grams of carbs and 8 grams of fat.
That’s pretty solid, and also has 4 grams of fiber.
