Line 2 of Kokand metro will be additional to link the train station with the main markets of Kokand and pass through the city center. The first line was modelled on Glasgow metro - being circular, while the second line is a diameter across the city. It is the second line that is going to bring the passengers to Muqimiy gardens and Khudoyarkhan Palace as well as to Amir Temur Street. The first line was devoted to the poets and poetessess of Ferghana vally, while the second line has station names, which reflect the viscinities of the stations.
