Típ: if you don’t want your sauce to be spicy just use 4 Chile guajillos don’t add the Chile morita because they are a little spicy!

Ingredients:
1 cup beans I used pinto
6 cups water
4 guajillo or New Mexico Chile pods
2 morita peppers or chipotles in adobo sauce
1/8 onion
1 garlic clove
Salt I used 2 tsp
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
Cheese of your choice
Corn tortillas
