Trump’s statement is false. His claim that ⅛ inch of sea-level rise will take place in the next 300 years isn’t what the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) predicts. In fact, NOAA predicts that sea-level rise along the U.S. coastline will be approx 10-12 inches by 2050.
