Just wanted to share with all of you angels my honest binge eating disorder recovery update, why I've started semi-tracking food, my thoughts on detachment, neturality, mindset and other tips that have helped me on my journey so far.
Also want to clarify that while I have been semi-tracking on and off to slowly get used to it, I've been eating at more or less a maintenance or intuitively (I haven't gained nor lost weight since I started my recovery journey). I haven't officially started a calorie deficit or cut, but I will plan on doing so in January 2022. I'm still hesitant on whether this is something you'd want me sharing on my channel, so please let me know your thoughts!
