A Popular Bengali Fish curry made from mustard oil. Goes excellent when served with hot steamed rice. Basically made from Rohu fish, but Pomfret, Kingfish, or Sea Bass also does a great job.
Apologies, This recipe uses mustard oil (not sesame oil). We made a mistake during editing. Also, remove the excess oil once done frying the fishes.
