Headaches and neck pain are some of the most common problems that I treat. One of the muscles that can be a problem is the sternocleidomastoid (SCM) muscle. In office I will treat it with joint manipulation, acupuncture and Active release techniques. I like to have my patients take an active roll in their care. Sending my patients home with ways to help themselves out is very important in there care.
