I’ve seen this issue on Hondas many times over the years. The plastic clip that the clutch pedal contacts degrades and breaks over time. This can cause a no start condition (no crank, no start) because the vehicle does not see that you have depressed the clutch pedal.
This simple fix has been my solution for years and I haven’t had any issues. FYI, removing the clutch pedal assembly makes this job so much easier. I hope it helps you!
