Welcome to my channel! My name is Captain Tate Freeman and in this video I was able to get out off the beaches and in the passes of St. Joseph Sound in Dunedin Fl. We were out to target Tarpon that migrate to us around summer time. These fish are truly amazing to see roll and daisy chain as they feed. It is a feeling like no other getting a hook into one and seeing it skyrocket out of the water.
Brent Schirmer with the Brent Schirmer Channel and Jordan Stratton got on my 2200 Pathfinder early morning to target these tarpon. We went out to get bait using a sabiki and castnet to get live pinfish, grunts, and whitebait. We headed out for Tarpon and got 5 eats and jumped 2 and landed 1. All in all it was a great day!
