Year 5 season 3 manhunt is Agent Kelso. When first logging into the game after the update you might be wondering how to unlock the Agent Kelso Manhunt. You need to fast travel to NYC Haven settlement and go into the basement. This should automictic trigger the cutscene and then allow you to interact with the laptop on the table. This will unlock the Intel for Civic Center and allow to to progress this Manhunt.
