Val Ca'uor is probably the hardest day 1 raid boss I've ever fought. Here is my strategy guide for the encounter. Part 1 of the encounter and part 1 of the raid lair guides are in the works, although I don't know how needed they really are at this point.

My loadout: Sunbreaker Titan, top tree subclass block. Midnight Coup, Inaugural Address, Curtain Call. 365 Power. I strongly suggest Midnight Coup for this encounter, it is insane.
