Mikhail Pletnev (0:01)
Pletnev's performance is taken from 1978 Tchaikovsky competition winners' concert. As the arranger of the entire suite, his playing is powerful, dramatic and extremely emotional (especially at the climax, where he goes all out)
The section from around 2:19 and the buildup all the way to the climax at 3:12 really shows how genius the arrangement is and how well-executed the performance is

Yeol Eum Son (5:04)
She did a studio recording (with a video) released around this time last year. Her interpretation for me is sweet, melancholic and a bit more controlled. (For instance, the massive arpeggios at climax: in Pletnev's interpretation, those are served as effects to accompany the melody but in Yeol Eum Son's recording she takes a slower tempo and almost all notes are heard from that same section) I personally enjoy her tempo of the climax more.
