Copy the characters inside the asterisks to a txt file. Rename text file to a .reg file. Right click the reg file and merge to system registry. Enjoy your new administrative share functionality.

I should have added "ipconfig /registerdns" as another helpful command to resolve hitting a computer via hostname. I forget so many useful commands...
Can't RDP into a WinHome either... Why RDP to WinHome? Because VNC seemingly by default doesn't allow local UAC rights or something on a remote connection. You will lose control if anything sensitive is opened or accessed. Who knows if I'll have the energy to try to circumvent that roadblock.
