The family of an 82-year-old man who was killed in a DUI crash is speaking out. Muhammad Ashraf Butt was walking home from the mosque Wednesday night when he was hit by a drunken driver, Stockton police said. The driver of the vehicle, 77-year-old Victor Mow, remained at the scene and was arrested, police said. Butt’s son said the family, friends and the community is suffering and that they want justice.
