Mixed Berry Compote
So simple and quick to make. You can go from frozen berries to this delicious compote in 5 minutes. It is delicious on everything! Cheesecake? Amazing. Yogurt? Delicious. Ice cream? Yum! Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 HEAPING tablespoons brown sugar
- zest from lemon
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2+ cups frozen berries, any kind
- 1-2 teaspoons of cornstarch (optional, might not need)
