Taking Cooking food back to basics.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated. Add as much or whatever cheese you like to make it cheesy!
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated (optional)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (for topping, optional)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (for topping, optional)

For the pastry:
- 420 g All Purpose Flour
- 65ml Water
- 150g Shortening
- 50g Butter / Marg
- 1 medium egg
- 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
oven to 380°F (190°C) 15 mins – seal 4 mins – 24 mins cook
Air fryer 33600°F (180°C) 15 mins – seal 4 mins – 24 mins cook
