Such a fun way to work on your heavy shoe technique! I really loved planning this educational class for you. It's full of tips to take away & apply to your own drill practice or choreography!

What's involved?
- We have 4 drills.
- We have 4 different openings that remain the same in each drill. These are our solid base.
- Our endings for each drill change.
- When we've finished the 4th drill, we go back to the top & build on what we've already done!

What's great about this class?
The Reel music isn't too fast, so you can really hear how you're connecting with the floor. It's beneficial to have time to think about how you're executing everything. Also, the repetitive nature of the openings is very satisfying.

Think about:
- Your connection with the floor.
- Being fully present & committing to what each drill requires of you.
- Dancing underneath your body. This will save energy & looks pleasing to the eye.
