Recapping the chase before, during and after the high EF-2 Tornado plowed through Shawnee, OK on April 19, 2023. An estimated 1800 homes and businesses were destroyed or damaged. Thankfully no deaths have been reported in Shawnee. It's heartbreaking to see such devastation as residents begin to pick up the pieces in all the communities affected by Wednesday's outbreak of 13 tornadoes.
