Sometimes you just need something cheesy and comforting. This hits all the spots and is so quick to make, try and find the smallest pasta shape you can to make this the fastest you can!
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
700ml Whole Milk
250g Small Pasta
100g Emmental Cheese
200g Cheddar Cheese
2 Tbsp Chilli Oil
Melt 2 tbsp butter in the pan and whisk in the flour. Cook for 1 min then gradually add in the milk and bring to a bubble.
Once it’s bubbling add in the uncooked pasta and cook for 10 mins or until the pasta is
cooked and the sauce is thick.
Meanwhile, grate all the cheese.
Add the grated cheese to the pasta and season with salt.
Finish with the remaining butter and chilli oil and serve.
