Today I am unboxing and trying out the new waffle iron I got for my birthday. This is called the Great American Waffle Iron and it is made right here in Tennessee. No, it isn't made by Lodge. It is made by the Appalachian Cast Iron Co. Stay tuned for more info on this beautiful piece of cast iron.
