What's up guys! Today's video is multi directional change of direction and multi directional speed and agility training. This is a lateral and linear change of direction and agility training session, and this is the exact session we do with our athletes. We start off with some lateral and linear plyometrics and jumping before moving into more change of direction drills. We do a lot of really fast and quick movements in a small space, working on keeping your hips in front of you and in front of a ball or defender. It's very important we train to be quick at moving laterally and linear, and moving from one to the next. We have to be quick on our feet, with the ability to explode into any direction needed. After change of direction, we go into some agility training, so change of direction with a reactive component. We at first react to a call, and then to a clap, and finally, to a tennis ball drop.
