Ingredients:
8 fresh red chilis 小米辣
1 tablespoon ginger 姜
4 cloves garlic大葱
5 scallions香葱
6 Napa cabbage leaves 大白菜
1 cup capped dry Thai chilis 干辣椒
3 pounds mount bass 鲈鱼
1 tablespoon salt 盐
1 can of beer 啤酒
1 teaspoon Kosher salt 盐
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 胡椒粉
1 egg white 蛋白
½ tablespoon cornstarch 干淀粉
1 tablespoon douchi 豆豉
2 tablespoons Laoganma chili crisp 老干妈
1/3 teaspoon cumin powder孜然粉
2 cups vegetable oil 菜籽油
1 tablespoon of Sichuan peppercorn 胡椒
