How to Make Egg Pie / Pinoy Classic Egg Pie Recipe

This is pinoy favorite merienda, the classic EGG PIE. Its is so easy to make and very delicious and creamy.

Ingredients
for the crust
2c apf
1/2c butter
3tbsp cold water
1 eggyolk
1/8tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp sugar

for the filling
4 eggs
3/4c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp calamansi
3tbsp cornstarch
1 can evaporated milk
1/4c water
