Save yourself from using hardware that you're not in love with through this modern design. Build these with a router, a spiral upcut bit, and a cove or rounded nose bit.

You don't need a shaper origin for this, but since I have it--might as well use it. If you have a router, you can make a simple jig to hog out the initial rectangle.
