If you are using something mild to wash your face that’s okay. For ages people have used milk to wash their face. That is something that is very natural but that can’t be used for people who have acne. So nothing is generalized, it is always specific. Any condition or any molecule you take either a medicine, it can’t be generalized. In general if you want to do something natural, you try to prevent dryness. Whenever the skin is dry it is prone for dryness. If there is a lot of oiliness, you have to wash your face regularly, but if it is excessive so that the skin becomes excessively dry but also can cause dryness. Using gram flours are a plus or a minus things. Using a gram flour traditionally is used to reduce the oiliness of the skin. If it is aggressively used it cause a lot of abrasion on the skin. You need to be gentle. Whenever there is a lot of dryness the natural skin care what you can do is applying coconut oil, especially the virgin coconut oil. Virgin coconut oil is a time tested molecule. Among all the oils the virgin coconut oil has a lighter molecular weight. So it can penetrate your skin pores and it has affinity for skin proteins. So it can go and stick to the skin molecule so that it heals and hydrates in a better way. So this is the one thing that you can do naturally. Other thing is internal. Whatever lemon or orange peel you apply on the face none of those vitamin C is going to protect your skin. We are protected with a very nice barrier or protein or lipids on the skin Or you would have contacted a lot of infections or allergies. So that is not possible. So if you want to take some vitamin C take it internally. If you want to keep it on an application, you need to have some special formulation that can penetrate the skin. So applying only an orange peel on the face does not help you. So maintain a hydrated skin, be gentle with your akin and the rest is your food, exercises and your sleep. These 3 things will help you in the long run.
