$375 to register with NCEES ($50 to reschedule if you bump it, also $375 if you repeat the exam)
$30-$40 per practice exam (4 recommended)
~$200 for a reference manual
~$100 for a practice problem manual
~$700-$2000 for a review course

I'd say about $2000 for this exam, and we haven't even covered any codes or standards you will need (hopefully, you can borrow or find PDF versions). Yikes!
