In this sound effects editing tutorial we start our sound design process in Pro Tools, focusing on adding background ambience to scenes using Soundly.

Background ambience can help further smooth dialog, add to the story, and give vital clues about the environment that are not shown visually. It's one of my favorite parts of editing sound since it requires imagination.
