👉 Ingredients:
- Eggs: 4
- A pinch of salt
- Sugar: 150 g (3/4 cup)
- Flour: 120 g (3/4 cup)
- Cocoa powder: 30 g (3 tablespoon)
- Cornstarch: 30 g (3 tablespoon)
- Baking powder: 1 teaspoon
- Pour the mixture into a 23x23 cm (9x9 inc) baking dish. (+ baking paper)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for about 30 minutes.
- Cherries: 500 g (3 cups)
- Sugar: 60 g (4 tablespoons)
- Cream cheese: 600 g (2.5 cups)
- Cream: 400 g (2 cups), 33-35% fat.
- Sugar: 100 g (1/2 cup)
1 cup = 200 ml
