2 tbsp olive oil
2 salmon fillets
Salt
Black pepper
butter 20g
3-4 cloves garlic
Cherry tomatoes
baby spinach
100ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream
30 g cheese
Herbs (dill and parsley)
