Mimic the graceful flowing movements of a swan to lengthen and strengthen your upper body. Using light hand weights for added resistance these high repetition exercises will create long, lean lines without adding bulk. Adding in some lower body movements increases the heart rate and subsequently the calorie burn. You will love this graceful workout, but don't be fooled, you will definitely also feel the burn!
