Sarah Sapsanamma Rai was in conversation with India's Former National Security Adviser Shivshankar Menon who is in Nepal to attend the 3rd edition of Kantipur Conclave "Beyond Expectations, Beyond Boundaries". The two talk about border disputes, trade deficit and energy alliance among others.

Nepal and India share an age-old connection of history, culture, tradition and religion. The two sides have enjoyed a strong political, social, diplomatic and economic engagements, however, the relation has time and again been plagued with territorial disputes, economic imbalances and political disagreements.
