요즘 키크는 운동 컨텐츠가 많은 사랑을 받고 있어요^^ 저도 10대 일때 1년 사이에 7센티나 컸던 경험이 있는데 이 스트레칭과 운동을 함께했었더라면 더 크지 않았을까?생각이 드네요
그리고 최근에 키를 다시 재봤는데 1센티가 더 커있더라고요 성장 호르몬 때문은 아닌거 같고...🤣🤣
원래는 O다 다리였는데 안쪽 허벅지에 근육도 생기고 몸 라인도 바르게 잡혀서 키가 큰것 같더라구요
구독자 분들도 나는 너무 늦었어 이미 틀렸어'하면서 포기하지 마시고 꾸준히 운동하셔서 바른 자세를 만들어 보아요^^

When I was a teenager, I grew 7cm in a year. I think I would have grown taller if I had stretched and worked out together
And when I measured my height again recently, I grew 1cm taller, but I don't think it's because of growth hormone...🤣🤣
I used to have O legs, but I think I grew taller because I gained muscles inside my thighs and had a good body line
Don't give up, Exercise steadily to make the right posture^^
