In this video, I show you how to roast a whole chicken in the oven - fast, easy, and with very little effort. Using the method I show you, you can season your chicken however you want, using whatever you have available. For reference, the recipe I'm using is listed below.
Recipe
1/2 cup melter butter or margarine
1 Whole Chicken (2lbs - 8lbs in bulk) - completely thawed and rinsed
4-5 cloves garlic -Chopped (optional)
1/4 of a large onion or 1/2 of small onion - Chopped (optional)
1/2 - 1 tsp Parsley (optional)
1/2 - 1 tsp Sage (optional)
1/2 - 1 tsp Rosemary (optional)
1/2 - 1 tsp Thyme (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
