Everything you need to know about a Negroni is in this episode of C is for Cocktails! We'll start by talking about the history of the drink, before diving into the ingredients you need. Next, we'll learn about the most important of bar tools; the jigger, which we'll use to measure our recipe for our perfect Negroni! Finally, we'll make a Negroni and some famous variations of this classic drink, including a Negroni Sbagliato & a Boulevardier.

NEGRONI RECIPE:
1oz Gin (London Dry)
1oz Campari
1oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica)
Add ingredients in mixing glass, add ice, stir until properly diluted, pour over large cube. Garnish with orange slice.

BOULEVARDIER RECIPE:
1oz Bourbon
1oz Campari
1oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica)

MEZCAL NEGRONI RECIPE:
1oz Mezcal
1oz Campari
1oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica)

NEGRONI SBAGLIATO RECIPE:
1oz Prosecco
1oz Campari
1oz Sweet Vermouth (Carpano Antica)
Add Campari and Vermouth in mixing glass, add ice, stir until properly diluted, pour over small cubes, top with prosecco. Lightly mix to incoproate. Garnish with orange slice.
