Basil or Tulsi tea. Herbal tea for immunity - This herbal tea recipe helps to boost your immune system naturally. We are going to make a tea out of basil leaves. Basil is known for being great for your digestive system and to detox liver naturally. It is a great detox drink. It is also an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory. All these things help our immune system to get stronger.
If you can get your hands on Tulsi, or Holy Basil that would be great. I am making mine with Mediterranean basil. The process is exactly the same to make tulsi tea.

This is how to boost immunity naturally at home -
Makes 1 cup
5 basil leaves with stem -- Holy or Mediterranean
1.5 cups water
Lemon
Honey (optional)
Chop the leaves and the stem and place in a small pan. Add the water and bring to a simmer. Simmer for five minutes.
Remove from heat and allow steeping for another five minutes.
Strain into a cup and add lemon and honey if using.
Enjoy!
