About this video - Today i have shared the recipe of Instant Lemon Pickle. It is very easy and simple recipe, we can make this sweet lemon pickle during the winter season and store it for long time so must try this recipe and don't forget to give your valuable feedback in comment section.
Ingredients -
250 grams Fresh Yellow Lemon
1 1/2 tsp or as per taste Salt
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
3 tbsp Coriander Kuriya/Dhana Na Kuriya
3 tbsp Mustard Dal/Rai Na Kuriya
3 tbsp Pickle Masala/Methiya Masala
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Asafoetida/Hing
3 tbsp Lemon Juice
250 grams Chopped Jaggery
1/2 Cup or 125 ml Groundnut Oil
Store it upto 12-18 months in airtight glass jar on room temperature
