The Redding Heritage Center and the Mark Twain Libary are pleased to invite you to a virtual discussion on normal aging. We’ll examine changes that occur in your cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, and digestive systems, along with alterations in memory. We will also look into memory loss that adversely affects activities of daily living. Most importantly we will cover things you can do to help control 80% of the risk factors.
Our speakers are:
Christine Marnelakis, CDP, Memory Care Director, Maplewood Senior Living in Newtown. Perviously she was the Memory Care Director at Maplewood in Darien. Christine is a Certified Dementia Practitioner with a wealth of hands on experience with cognitive impairments and knowledge of the various forms of dementia.
