ridge gourd (cut in small pieces) - 1/2 cup
fish head (rohu/katla/ vetki) - 1
chopped onion - 1
chopped garlic cloves - 3
ginger paste - 1/2 tsp
slitted green chili - 5-6
bay leaf - 1
dry red chili - 1
panchforon - 1 tsp
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
cumin powder - 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
salt (as per your taste)
sugar (as per your taste)
mustard oil
