Here's a quick and easy Curry Prawn & Squid Recipe by my mom. It is my whole family's favourite, and it is super easy to make, and it tastes awesome.

Ingredients:
500g of prawns
350g of squid
2 Tbp of curry powder
3-4 cloves of chopped garlic

Seasonings:
2 tsp of chicken stock powder
2 Tbp of light soy sauce
1 Tbp of sugar

Liquid:
200 ml of water

Instruction:
Heat 2 Tbp of oil, and stir fry the garlic lightly. Add in the curry powder and 100ml of water to the pan, and lightly stir fry them.
Add in the prawns and squid. Stir fry them lightly, then add in the chicken stock powder, light soy sauce, and sugar. Stir fry for 30 seconds. Add in the remaining water and let it simmer for approximately 2-3 mins for the squid and prawns to cook through.
Serve.

Additionally, you can also add in curry leaves for stronger fragrant of the curry.
