7 Top Tips for Building Muscle 💪
1 - Stimulus for growth - meaning you have to work your muscles so they grow back bigger and stronger!
2 - Eating enough calories. We need at least our maintenance amount of calories in order to grow muscle.
3 - Protein! Protein builds the muscle back. We need around 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day.
4 - Supplement with creatine - creatine is a supplement that helps us build muscle & strength!
5 - Rest & recover. We need to rest our muscles to give them time to repair & rebuild!
6 - Progressive overload. As we get stronger, we need more to stress the muscle.
7 - Patience & consistency. You gotta keep going over a long period of time!
