In this interview I got the chance to speak with my former GPR resident Dr Yohara Chardon. Dr Chardon is a current first year PEDO residency at BronxCare Health System Department of Dentistry. She is dentist in the Dominican Republic and the US via NYU School of Dentistry.
Dr Chardon shares the challenges and successes of her first year of Pedo residency. She discusses her residency application process, the hardest part about the residency, what he likes best about her specialty training, what she would do differently both as an applicant and 1st year resident, and advice for those applying to and/or starting the PEDO residency.
